We strive to make the application process
as simple as possible. We will only ask for
documentation that we will need to submit to the lender.
Our process is to first meet with you
either in person or over the phone. We will
establish what it is that you are looking to accomplish.
We will then determine what we will need to document the
loan. We will assist you in any way we can
to assemble the documentation and put it together in a
professional package that the lender will want to see.
The following is a list of items that we
typically need to submit a loan package:
